  The base of this beer is a combination of Saison and table beer, some of which have been aging almost as long as the Depot has been open. Fresh pale lager was blended in to brighten the palate and provide ample drinkability. 5 deep pours a pale copper and presents aromas of barnyard funk and stone fruit, backed by minerality and cheese rind. On the palate, an oaky bitterness is followed by citrus pith and peach, finishing tart and dry.
