TIPS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Kegs ideal temp is 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Keg should sit of one hour prior to tapping to prevent foam
  3. Use anti-static plastic cup to prevent flat beer, we can provide
  4. Kegs availability is first come first serve
  5. Payment must be in person
  6. Credit card payment must be made by card holder only

1. ORDER OF PROCEDURES & POLICIES FOR KEG SALES/RENTAL

  1. THINGS CUSTOMERS NEED TO HAVE FOR KEG PURCHASES
    1. The Idaho State Police requires all customers purchasing a keg to fill out a “Receipt for sale of beer in kegs to unlicensed group or individual.” This documentation should be kept with the keg at all times. Please be prepared to provide the following information
      1. Name, Date of Birth, Address
      2. The location, time, and date where beverages will be consumed
      3. Valid Driver’s License number or Military ID number, Identification Card number, or Passport Number
      4.  The Year, Make, Color, and Plate Number  of the vehicle that will be transporting the keg
  2. POLICY FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL
    1. The Lessee agrees to use the property only for lawful purposes at the designated location for the stated period of time. The “Date In” section is the date the property is to be returned. If not returned within 5 days, Stein may report item as stolen and deposit may be forfeited.
      1. If the Lessee wishes to extend the contact, they must immediately notify Stein to receive approval.
    2. The Lessee has personally inspected the property and found it to be in good working condition prior to leaving
      1. The Lessee will pay Stein for any replacement or repair of said property. The cost will be deducted from the deposit.  If there is any problem with the property that makes it unsafe, please contact Stein immediately. 24 HR HELP LINE: 208-658-7165

  1. For quality assurance purposes we do not provide refunds on full or partially returned kegs; however, we will still refund your deposit on the shell.

  1. All keg shells have a $30.00 deposit regardless of size

  1. EQUIPMENT RENTAL
    1. If possible, please provide us with at least 1 week notice to reserve a hand pump.
    2. We are unable to rent a hand pump to a customer without purchasing one of our kegs. If they would like, we can sell a hand pump for $45.00 regardless of their keg purchase
    3. Tubs will be provided with your hand pump, if you do not wish to have one please notify the front office when completing paperwork. The tubs may leak or condensate—please do not place them anywhere you do not want to be damaged.

  2. EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT
    1. Hand Pump with Tub: $75.00
    2. Tub Only (Or an extra tub): $35.00
  3. SETTING UP EQUIPMENT RESERVATION
    1. Please contact our front office to reserve your equipment at (208) 375-1450. Anyone will be able to assist. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
      1. First & Last Name, Phone Number, Date of pick up & number of hand pumps
      2. If you know which kind of beer you wish to have please let us know, but it is not required. ***Stella requires a different kind of hand pump, please let us know in advance if you wish to have this kind of beer***
